Bayer Properties has been engaged to oversee leasing and management of Springhurst Towne Center, a regional mixed use power center located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Springhurst Towne Center consists of over 810,000 square feet of big box retail, specialty stores and restaurants and is the largest power center in the Louisville market. Springhurst Towne Center is located in the heart of an affluent area along I-265 and Westport Road and offers a diversified tenant mix with traffic driving anchors such as Target, Meijer, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, T.J. Maxx and a Cinemark theater.

Bayer Properties’ owned and manage portfolio is approximately 11,000,000 square feet.
